Save a complete backup
Open Settings in Budjetto and choose “Save full backup”. In the sharing menu, choose Save to Files and select a folder. The backup includes your budget, preferences and attachments. CSV is for exchanging transactions with spreadsheets; it does not replace a full backup.
Move to another iPhone
Save a backup on your old device and transfer the file to the new one. In Budjetto, open Settings → Restore from file and select the backup. Restoration replaces the current budget. Save a separate copy first if you have entries you want to keep.
Find a missing transaction
Check the period and active filters in Operations. A date, type, category or account filter may hide entries. Choose a period containing the transaction and clear any unwanted filters.
Restore an archived account
Open Settings → Archived accounts → Restore. Archiving removes an account from new transaction choices while preserving its history.
Protect your budget
Enable app protection in Settings. Budjetto uses the iPhone’s Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode; there is no separate app PIN. After unlocking, you can return within five minutes without another check. Authentication is required after a longer absence or a full app restart.
Delete your data
Delete individual transactions or attachments, or reset the full budget in Settings. No online account needs to be deleted. Backups you have saved to Files, email or cloud storage remain separate: delete those copies where you saved them.
Report a problem
Email us your iPhone model, iOS and Budjetto versions, and the steps that led to the issue. If reporting unsuitable content, include when and where you saw it. Hide personal details in screenshots. Do not send passwords, your device passcode or a full budget backup.
