Data and privacy

Your budget.
Your data.

Budjetto Privacy Policy · Updated 2 October 2026

Your financial records are stored on your device. You do not need an account or access to your bank. This policy explains how the app, website and connected services handle data.

1. Who is responsible for the app

Budjetto is developed and owned by Vadim Evgenyevich Papin (Папин Вадим Евгеньевич). For privacy questions, contact hello@niachom-apps.ru. This policy covers Budjetto for iPhone and niachom.ru, including the Niachom catalogue page.

2. Financial records

Budjetto stores transactions, amounts, dates, accounts, categories and subcategories, notes, attachments and preferences on your device. The app uses these records to maintain your budget, calculate balances, search and create reports. Budjetto’s code does not send budget contents to the developer’s server or include them in advertising requests.

Budjetto does not request bank card details, bank passwords or access to bank accounts. Deleting a record removes it from the current budget. To protect against failed saves, the app keeps one previous valid version, replaced by the next successful save. Attachment files unused by either version are cleaned on a subsequent budget load or save once they are more than a day old. Files created during an open app session remain protected until the next launch. A full reset removes both versions and internal budget files, but not separately exported copies. Device backups provided by Apple are governed by your iOS settings and Apple’s policies.

3. Files, exports and backups

You can attach selected images, import and export CSV files, and save a full backup with preferences and attachments. The app uses system file selection and sharing tools. You choose the destination and recipient.

Exported files contain your budget data. If you save them to cloud storage or send them to someone, further handling depends on that service or recipient. These copies are stored separately and must be deleted separately.

4. Face ID and device passcode

iOS performs authentication. Budjetto receives only the result and does not receive or store biometric data, facial images or your device passcode. You can enable or disable app protection in Budjetto settings.

5. Advertising, analytics and your choice

Budjetto uses Yandex Mobile Ads and its AppMetrica components. At app startup, before initial setup and the quick guide, Budjetto directly requests iOS tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency, ATT) if no system choice has been made. There is no custom permission screen before that request. Optional processing for personalization and related statistics is off by default for new users. With ATT permission, you can separately enable it in Settings / Privacy / Ad settings. ATT permission alone does not enable this optional processing. Both permissions are required for personalization and optional statistics sending. Ads may also be requested without them: the app passes refusal to the advertising SDK and disables optional AppMetrica statistics sending. Loading an ad involves a network request and may process technical data, including your IP address. Declining does not limit budgeting, reports, exports or backups.

When processing is allowed, Yandex may receive device identifiers (IDFV, appmetrica_device_id, UUID and, with ATT permission, IDFA), IP address, device and operating system information, app launches and sessions, ad impressions and interactions, crashes, performance and other technical diagnostics. These data support ad delivery, personalization and measurement, usage analytics, diagnostics and operation of the services. With ATT permission, data may be matched with activity in other companies’ apps and websites for advertising purposes.

Budjetto’s code does not send transaction amounts, account or category names, notes, receipts or other attachments to Yandex. The app does not request location access and disables coordinate collection in both the advertising SDK and AppMetrica. However, Yandex may infer an approximate location, such as your country, from your IP address.

On a new launch, AppMetrica statistics sending remains off until the saved processing choice and iOS permission have been checked. When you decline, Budjetto disables AppMetrica statistics sending and additional advertising analytics. Declining personalization or ATT permission does not disable ad requests. Sending is also disabled when the app leaves its active state. This does not delete previously transmitted data or guarantee cancellation of a network request already in progress. The SDK may store technical events on the device for later transmission, so withdrawing consent is not the same as clearing its local queue.

Yandex’s processing terms, recipients, retention rules and contact methods are described in the Yandex Privacy Policy. Data categories are also described in the Yandex Mobile Ads and AppMetrica documentation. If you open an ad, the destination website’s or app’s privacy policy applies.

6. Support requests

When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any files you include. We use these to answer you, investigate problems and handle data requests. Correspondence is stored in Yandex Mail while a request is being handled and for up to 12 months after closure for follow-up questions. If law requires longer retention, only the necessary information is kept for that period. You may request deletion using the support email address.

Do not send passwords, your device passcode, a full budget backup or receipts unless needed for the request. Hide personal details in screenshots.

7. Website visits

The pages on niachom.ru do not use analytics counters, advertising scripts or tracking cookies. When you open the website, the server processes your IP address and technical HTTP request information to deliver the page and secure the connection. There is no separate access log. Operational logs may contain technical errors; their size is limited and they are overwritten as they fill up, without a fixed retention period in days. The website runs on the developer’s own server in the United States.

8. Managing and deleting data

You can edit or delete transactions, remove attachments and reset your full budget in Settings. Archiving an account preserves its history. Deleting the app using iOS deletes its local data; offloading the app while keeping its data is a different system function. Previously saved copies in Files, cloud storage, emails or device backups must be deleted separately.

To request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of data you sent to the developer, email hello@niachom-apps.ru. The developer cannot remotely view or change your local budget. For third-party processing, you may also contact the service provider. If you previously gave consent for processing in a support request, you can withdraw it by emailing the same address. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. You can withdraw consent to personalization and optional statistics in Budjetto: Settings → Privacy → Ad settings → Withdraw consent. ATT permission is managed separately in iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Budjetto. Declining in the app does not change the system permission. Giving consent again may resume statistics sending if ATT is allowed. To request deletion of data already sent to Yandex, use the contact methods in its policy; you may also ask us for help.

9. Permissions and legal grounds

When you choose an image from the photo library, the app requests system access to photos. You can decline or change access in iOS Settings; you can also choose attachments through Files. Photo permission is not consent to advertising tracking.

Local processing is needed for the app features you choose to use. For support requests, we process the information needed to answer you and meet obligations related to your use of the app. When separate processing requires consent, it must be requested separately: visiting the website or reading this policy does not itself constitute consent to advertising, tracking or mailing lists.

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion where provided by applicable law, and contact Roskomnadzor or a court. Requests are handled within the deadlines set by applicable law. To help verify a request, use the email address you previously contacted us from; do not send passport details unless separately necessary.

10. Policy changes

The current version is always available on this page. We update the text and revision date when the app or connected services change. If a change requires separate consent, it will be requested before that processing begins.
